About

I'm an IT and operations professional with more than 15 years of experience in systems administration, technical support, hardware diagnostics, and autonomous vehicle testing. I'm at my best when something is broken and nobody knows why: I work through the problem methodically, find the root cause, and make sure the fix holds.

Most recently I worked at Latitude AI in Pittsburgh as a bench technician and test specialist, diagnosing hardware and software issues and operating autonomous vehicles under strict safety protocols. Before that I supported Windows, macOS, and Linux environments at e360 Technologies for seven years, and I designed a database-driven inventory system there.

My background starts in the U.S. Army, where I served as a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analyst from 1987 to 2013. That work taught me to handle large amounts of data carefully, write clear reports, and support operations where accuracy matters.

I'm a Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate, I've completed Google's Foundations of Cybersecurity course, and I build web applications with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
